These terms cover your use of the UX Field Guide app (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app
UX Field Guide is a free educational reference. It is provided for general learning and is not professional, legal, or commercial advice. You are responsible for how you apply what you read.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep the content accurate and well sourced, but it is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. UX is a field of judgement; treat the guidance as a starting point, not a rule book.
Intellectual property
The app, its written content, illustrations, and design are owned by the developer and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. The named laws and principles described are part of the wider field; our particular explanations, examples, and illustrations are ours.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to decompile, resell, or misuse the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its content.
Changes
These terms may change as the app evolves. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above.
